Tubing Replacements
All tubing replacements due to a manufacturers defect are covered under our Lifetime Warranty

A shipping & handling charge of $7.00 will apply.

Note: All replacements are cardiology style tubing. (excludes Classic style)

Each replacement tubing comes with an additional pair of eartips at no charge.

UltraScope Tubing:

	If your SINGLE tubing needs replacing and it looks like one of these
	If your DUO tubing needs replacing and it looks like one of these
	If your TRIO tubing needs replacing and it looks like one of these
	If your CLASSIC (dual tubing designed for hearing impaired) needs replacing and it looks like this

	If your MAXIScope tubing needs replacing and it looks like this
	If your MAXIScope Cardiology tubing needs replacing and it looks like this
	If your MAXIScope CLASSIC (dual tubing designed for hearing impaired) needs replacing and it looks like this
Eartip Replacements: UltraScope & MAXIScope Eartips are replaced at no charge under UltraScope's Lifetime Warranty. If you need additional help determining which eartips you need, please give us a call at 877.451.6720 or visit our contact page.
	Outer Casing - If an eartip is missing or needs replacing and looks like this.
	Screw on - If your eartip came unscrewed and looks like this, you will need a complete set of screw-on eartips. tip: We suggest that you glue the new eartips on by holding the metal binaural (stem) and put a tiny drop of superglue on the metal threads only, avoiding the hole area. Screw on replacement eartip and let it set for 5 minutes. Repeat on other eartip if needed.
	Push On - Large bulb-shaped.
Diaphragm & Retaining Ring Replacements: Diaphragms and Retaining Rings are replaced at no charge under UltraScope's Lifetime Warranty.
	If you have an ADULT size scope (diaphragm is 1 5/8")
	If you have an PEDIATRIC size UltraScope (diaphragm is 1 3/8")
	If you have a NEONATAL size scope the Diaphragms & Retaining Rings must be replaced at the manufacturer. CONTACT US
